dc.descriptionIn this paper we discuss some previous studies on the change of approach that is taking place in mainstream accounting – particularly in the attitude of certain regulators- about the need to integrate financial and SEG (Society, Environment and Governance) information to make it easier to understand for stakeholders in different organizations. The demands for integration and simplification are being consolidated in various collaborative initiatives that  promote international convergence in this field.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este trabajo analizamos algunos antecedentes sobre el cambio que se viene planteando dentro de la corriente principal del pensamiento contable – particularmente  en la actitud de ciertos organismos reguladores- en relación con la necesidad de integrar información financiera y sobre SAG (Sociedad, Ambiente y Gobierno corporativo) para facilitar su interpretación por parte de los grupos de interés de las distintas organizaciones. Las demandas de integración y simplificación se van consolidando en diversas iniciativas de colaboración que proponen la convergencia a nivel internacional en esta línea.es-ES
